Today my beautiful, precious girl turned five years old! We celebrated with a small family party at home. We ate pizza (from the Pizza Barn in Edgewood. They make very very good pizza!)and enjoyed ice cream cake. Jenna had been looking forward to the most important part all week. If you said 'presents' you'd be wrong. She couldn't wait to blow out her candles!
Later on she opened up her presents and she was one very happy birthday girl!
Happy 5th birthday, Jen Jen!
The yummy ice cream cake from DQ.
Her brothers lit the candles for her.
She made a wish and.......
Ta Da!!
Time for presents!!
She still likes to eat with her hands.....but doesn't like being sticky afterwards.
Nana and Papaw called and sang happy birthday to her. This made Jenna very happy.

The candles are the most important part of birthdays for my twins. I've been laid up because of surgery and my daughter made me a plate of fruit to cheer me up. The "cheering up" part was all the candles she stuck into the banana. LOL.
Happy birthday to your daughter. hope you see warmer weather soon

Hi Shez,
You are right on all accounts! hehe
Candles in a banana! hehe
And thanks for stopping by my blog. Sorry for the late reply. I will be sure to visit your blog soon! Gotta love those twins!
And it's not so easy finding fellow twins who are also homeschooled. Yay!
