Corrales Park Day

We meet weekly for park day at Corrales Park. Many fellow homeschoolers show up and sit around visiting while our kids play on the playground, the grassy fields, the theater/bandstand area, or in the old adobe library. We spend alot of time in Corrales, either in the park, visiting the library, stocking up on hay at the Feed Store, or visiting friends. We only live less than 10 minutes north in Rio Rancho. We really dig the vibes in the Corrales Village. You can learn more about this unique local New Mexico village here:

The cute guinea pigs (Cavies) are our pets. We often bring them to Park Days for the kids to pet and learn about cavies. It's great for our piggies, too. They receive lots of socialization and grass to munch on.
