The volunteers worked tirelessly before and during VBS to make it a wonderful experience for all of the children. Some of the Rio West VBS volunteers made an impact in my sons' lives, like the girls Megan and Mary. And Debbie, Jackson's crew leader, and Zorro, who Jeremiah was in awe of.All of the kids helped create fleece blankets that will be taken down to Peru by church Missionaries within the next couple months. The kids were very proud of the beautiful, cozy blankets and were so glad that they were able to help other children in far away countries.
