Enchanted Hills Hiking
While Jackson & Jeremiah were doing their baseball practice, Jenna and I went on a hike on the trails that surround the park in our neighborhood. We actually live within walking distance of this little treasure of a park, with its playground, green grass fields, pavilions, picnic areas, and 4 miles of trails that meander through well-maintained gravel walkways.
There's even a couple of those Doggie Doolie stations with a can and poop bags so people will remember to clean up after their dogs.
Even though the park is located in the center of the homes in our neighborhood, there is a feeling of privacy while hiking, due to the gentle rolling hills, large pinon and cedar trees, and wildflowers. Every couple of yards, there are peaceful benches to sit and relax and listen to the silence and nature sounds. We all enjoy visiting this park, and now that the boys have their baseball practices here, we will be here more often, too.
