Holy Trinity Monastery Nature Hike

Sybelle and Arnold recommended that we check out Holy Trinity Monastery for bird watching and a pleasant nature hike.
So,on the way back from Tombstone, we stopped in for a visit.

The lovely old adobe church surrounded by beautiful gardens.

The Monastery's huge cross, several stories high, can be seen from miles away. These pretty yellow roses beside Jenna and I, covered a large, cooling arbor that reminded me of the yellow roses arbor that I had over my wooden swing in South Carolina.

On the path to the Nature Trails.

While sitting beside the lily pond, several friendly ducks and a large white goose came to visit with us. In front of the beautiful church, we also enjoyed a lovely peacock with one of the longest tails I've ever seen. We were so busy ooohing and aaahing over him that I forgot to take a picture, darn.
