Fairy Pony Birthday Party

This past weekend, some of our East Mountain friends, Sharon & Rob invited us to come celebrate their daughter's 5th birthday. Jenna was thrilled! She loves birthday parties and enjoys visiting with her friend, Skye.

First there were beautiful Fairy decorations to create, such as a magic wand and a pinata bag. Jenna really enjoyed this craft and had a great time with the sparkles. She loves the Bling! The more the better!
"A sparkly girl can never have too much Bling!"
Jenna and her friend, Skye. All the fairies and elves received unique mini-costumes, including flower headbands and wings.
What a gorgeous (and delicious!) cake!
Sharon laid out some of the yummiest munchies, all with a clever fairy theme, too.
Some of the partygoers and friends having a great time celebrating with Skye.

There were about 15-20 kids running all throughout the trees and playing tennis, basketball, climbing the treehouse, and playing elf and fairy games. What a blast!
Jackson and Jeremiah were so happy that two of their fellow homeschool band buddies were at the party, too.

Later on the fairy butterfly pinata was begging to be broken and candy spilled out for everyone!

Jenna had a few whacks early on, but my camera battery died, so no pics! But our friend, Carissa's hubby, Tom always carries his trusty camera and took some great photos later on.
Jackson, because of his size/age, had to wait a little bit later to get his own whacks in, but he did a terrific job. And that's our buddy, Rob grinning at the side. He may have had more fun swinging that pinata around than the kids did, hitting it! hehe
Yep, he's wearing an Elf Cape and carrying an Elf World tele-communicator radio in his 'belt'.Skye's Mom and our pal, Sharon is in the background with her video camera.
Jeremiah had his turn and gave the poor butterfly some strong-arm blows!
And, yes Jeremiah is wearing a vampire cloak....which he calls a "Fairy Protector Wizard Cloak". How cool is that?!

And during the party, all the kids were offered pony rides on our friends' sweet pony! The pony, Princess was a huge hit and Jenna couldn't get enough 'pony-time'.
Thanks Rob! Jenna had such a great time!
Jackson enjoyed walking Jenna around with Princess, too.
VERY happy girl!
A Princess on Princess. Gotta love that!
