My Little Pony Show with Friends

Over the weekend we attended the My Little Pony Show at the Santa Ana Star Center, with some friends of ours. There were 11 of us, including Moms and Daughters.
What I loved most about the evening was spending quality time together just my daughter and I. Jackson & Jeremiah stayed home with Daddy. Jenna and I had a terrific time laughing, talking and cuddling while enjoying the show.
The My Little Pony Show was super sugary sweet and little bit silly, but we enjoyed the music and the fancy dancing ponies, and hanging out with our friends, too.

The experience reminde me of how I've been wanting to see the famous Vienna Lippizaner horses for about 10-12 years now. They even came to New Mexico about a year ago, but we didn't have enough money to go and I couldn't justify the cost just for me to go see dancing horses.
So, there I sat in the same arena a year later, and I was finally watching dancing ponies! hahah! Maybe one day I'll finally see those Lippizaners!

Some photos of the fancy ponies. The music was very sweet and Jenna was entranced.I'm not even sure she could taste the cotton candy! She was so zoned in on those ponies.I had to take this photo. I'm finally able to do something with Jenna's hair besides it just hanging straight. She loves having her hair styled pretty and wearing ribbons and bows.Happy girl during intermission.
Some of our Dancing Pony Watching group: Alexis with Leedy, Karen with Lana, Sharon with Skye, Carissa with her Mom and Jazzie.Rarity the unicorn's, Castle.
