Scrapbooking Saturdays

My friend, Karen, and I have been trying to keep up with our Scrappin' Saturdays. We really enjoy ourselves chatting, eating yummy goodies, and scrapbooking our photos.
This past week time got away from us and we scrapbooked and organized our photos until the morning! I was able to get a bunch of layouts done. Here are the ones I finished (except for the journaling, which is always the last thing I get around to doing. hehe!)

Scrappin' Happy!

I've been getting together at friend's houses to scrapbook every other Saturday. It feels so good to finally be scrapbooking again after 1 1/2 years of not even opening a scrapbook. And it's so fun to scrapbook with friends chatting, laughing and munching into the night. And I've been able to get quite a few layouts completed, including Jenna's First Year book......which seems like a huge accomplishment until I remember that Jenna just turned 4 years old this month!
I am SO far behind! hehe
I also did a number of layouts in our Family Album, too. But none of the layouts have been journaled because I find that I do better when I journal in a quiet place with no interruptions (Is there such a place?).
But at least I've got the photos out of boxes and storage organizers, and finally into family scrapbooks!
