Making Snow People

I was planning on taking the craft for our homeschool co-op Christmas party today, but the party was called off, because of the snow, and re-scheduled for New Years Eve. So, to celebrate all the snow that's been falling the last 2 days, the kidlets asked if we could just do the craft project today at home.

Jeremiah and Jenna working side-by-side. Jenna wasn't too crazy about the glue that made her hands sticky and caused the fuzzies from the cottonballs to adhere to her fingers.

They both enjoyed creating the snow people, but Jenna wanted the cotton fuzz and glue gone yesterday! hehe
Jenna still not happy about the cotton fuzz and glue combination.Glue is fun...but messy!
But she was very proud of her finished snow person!

Jackson jumped into the snowman project
Jackson feels the same way about glue and cottonballs. He prefers objects that snap together (like Legos or Magnetix).
Jackson's Snow Dude!
I was planning on making chocolate covered pretzels for the Christmas party, so instead I whipped up a batch to give to our neighbors and friends.(I'll make some more for New Years Eve)They are VERY yummy!
