While at work last night, John was given 2 tickets to the Scorpions Hockey game at the brand new Santa Ana Star Center here in Rio Rancho. I would have loved to have gone with him, but then we'd have had to get a sitter for the 3 kidlets at the last minute.
So since Jackson likes Hockey and Jeremiah wasn't interested in going, John took Jackson instead. The other 3 kidlets and I stayed home and watched movies and read holiday/snow books.
From what was relayed to me when the fellas got home, the game was pretty exciting! With lots of silly entertainment in between periods, like turkey ice bowling, frozen ice shirt competitions, inflatable ball races, hockey puck toss, blimp shows, and visits from Stanley the Scorpions mascot!

Some in-break entertainment: Ice Ball Races!

Jax and John got a kick out of these guys rolling and stumbling around in these
plastic inflatable balls.
