It's STILL Snowing!!

Last night I thought the snow had stopped and that's all we were going to get....Well! I was WRONG!
We woke up this morning to a wintry, white wonderland and glorious snow falling furiously outside. We have about 6-7" already!(That's half a foot!),and it is still SNOWING!! Whoohoo!

Jackson & Jeremiah immediately started in on some snowball battles.

Jeremiah was very much into gathering up the largest snowbundles he could find.
We all started building a snowman. The snow was perfect for this, wetter and stickier.
In New Mexico, we are used to powdery, light snow. This particular snowstorm rose up from the Gulf of Mexico, so it's got lots of moisture riding inside of it.
Jenna was enthralled with the snow, and was happy to show her kitty, "Cookie" all of the pretty snow.
Bummer! John had to go to work this morning at the credit union, where his temporary post is now located.
