One activity that we fellow homeschool moms look forward to is a night out just for us. Our RHAH group moms would often have dessert and game nights at each other's houses or go to a movie. We'd do recipe teaching nights to learn a new ethnic style of cooking, and we'd go out to area restaurants. Whatever we did we always had a fabulous time!This night we all went to a Japanese Steak House to enjoy the chef's show, and he didn't dissapoint. The theatrics were great and the food was yummy.
One of my friends who sat beside me got an intriguing and especially surprising call from Dr. Phil while we were eating. She has been on his show once already and was asked to be again. The rest of us girls were giggling like crazy while she spoke with Dr' Phil's scheduler assistant. What a funny thing to happen during a Moms' Night Out. One night we won't soon forget!
